What time can I check in?

Check-in from 3 pm. Check-out by 11 am. If you need different times, write ahead — we will try to accommodate.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, fast Wi-Fi throughout the house. Password provided at check-in.

Is there parking?

Yes, on-site. Room for 2–3 cars.

Can I bring a dog?

Yes, with a cleaning surcharge and provided the breed is non-aggressive. Please mention it at booking.

Is the hot tub ready immediately?

The hot tub is wood-fired, heating time approximately 2–3 hours. Request it ahead of the day you would like to use it — we will light it around noon so it is ready by evening.

Is the sauna included in the price?

Yes, sauna and hot tub are included in the stay.

Is there a grill / fire pit?

Yes. A fire pit with grill outside, firewood provided.

How far is the lake?

Public beach on Lake Tałtowisko — 300 m on foot (3–4 minutes). Quiet, managed by a local association.

Are there cycling trails nearby?

The Masurian Cycling Loop passes 200 m from the house (300+ km of trails). Gravel and MTB trails also within range.

How far is Mikołajki?

25 minutes by bike, ~10 minutes by car.

What is in the kitchen?

Full equipment — hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, small appliances. Pots, cutlery, dishes for 6. A small library of cookbooks with local inspirations.

Are towels and linen provided?

Yes, included. Also towels for the hot tub and sauna.
