House rules

1. General

These rules govern stays at the Carpe Diem Skorupki holiday house, Skorupki, Gmina Ryn, Warmia-Masuria, Poland.

Making a reservation implies acceptance of these rules by the booking person and all guests.

2. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed after agreeing on the dates and paying the agreed deposit.

The remaining balance is payable as agreed with the owner before arrival or on check-in day.

A refundable security deposit may be charged to cover potential damage.

In case of cancellation, the deposit may not be refunded.

3. Check-in and check-out

Check-in: from 16:00. Check-out: by 11:00.

For late arrivals, please contact us by phone in advance.

On departure, please leave the house in general order, wash the dishes, take out the rubbish to the outdoor bins and leave the keys in the agreed place.

4. House rules

The house accommodates a maximum of 10 people.

Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00 and maintain good relations with neighbours.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.

Pets are welcome and allowed, but require prior agreement with the owner.

Guests are responsible for all damage caused by themselves or their companions.

5. Sauna and outdoor hot tub

Use of the sauna and hot tub is at your own risk.

Children may use the spa area only under adult supervision.

For safety: be careful on wet surfaces; do not use the spa area under the influence of alcohol or drugs; do not use glassware near the hot tub or sauna.

After use, please tidy up and close the equipment covers.

6. Lake and beach

Use of the lake and beach is at your own risk.

Children must be supervised by adults at all times near the water.

Please take care and help preserve the cleanliness and nature around the lake.

7. Liability

Guests must use the house and equipment as intended.

In case of damage or malfunction, please contact the owner immediately.

The owner is not responsible for items left behind by guests.

8. Final provisions

Matters not covered by these rules are governed by Polish law.

The owner reserves the right to terminate a stay for serious violations of safety rules, order or quiet hours.
